Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Website Content Specialist to drive web presence and asset development for their regional hub of 3-4 divisions. You will ensure accurate, engaging content across Lennar.com and third-party platforms, gathering updates and reflecting current offerings while aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; high school diploma or GED accepted with experience.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing/data coordination.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Optimizely is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using Optimizely.
• Lead structure and maintenance of JDE community setup to align marketing priorities with sales goals.
• Oversee creation, QA, and performance monitoring of key landing pages to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Drive development of community marketing assets including floorplans, renderings, and site plans.
