Job summary

Citigroup Inc.'s Wealth Group Executive leads a team of professionals to execute corporate strategy regionally and deliver a full range of CPWM services. The role requires deep business insight, strong leadership, and exceptional communication with senior management.

The position oversees regional sales, hiring, risk management, and client experience across Citi's CPWM and Citigold segments, coordinating with CBNA and other partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience.
• Robust investment and insurance sales experience; prior investment/insurance sales management required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service orientation.
• Required: US FINRA Registration: SIE; Series 7; Series 63 + Series 65 (or Series 66); Series 9 + Series 10 (or Series 24, Series 4, and Series 53).
• Must meet ALL US FINRA Registration requirements within 150 days of hire date.
• Required: Group 1 - Life and Variable Annuity License
• Must meet ALL requirements within 150 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Wealth Group Executive’s primary focus is to ensure corporate strategy execution on a regional level.
• Visible to CBNA/CPWM senior management and is a clear ambassador to the overall growth and success of the CPWM Investment business.
• Job function includes top regional supervisory responsibilities, setting vision and productivity goals, overall market profitability, sales, operations, recruiting/salesforce growth, and adhering to all regulatory rules/guidelines.
• Responsible for all FAs in a defined region with direct managerial oversight of the RSMs and in some instances FAs as well.
• Represents Citi at industry conferences and lead discussions regarding Citi strategy and overall market presence.
