Qualifications

• 10+ years of wealth management leadership experience with trust, banking, and investment management expertise.
• Proven track record of managing a business (P&L) and delivering excellent client experiences.
• Experience in business development and market growth.
• Change management experience and ability to lead/implement change.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop top talent.
• Ability to outline and drive strategic growth.
• Active involvement in the community and board service.
• Strong relationship, influencing, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced degree and relevant credentials preferred.
