The Northern Trust Company in California seeks a senior Wealth Manager to lead long‑term client relationships, tailor comprehensive wealth management strategies, and coordinate a team of experts across banking, investment, tax, and estate planning.

You will develop new opportunities within existing relationships, deliver proactive advice, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining high standards of integrity and client focus.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics.
• 10–15 years industry experience in relationship and portfolio management.
• MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred.
• CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM certificate preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 required.

Responsabilités

• Cultivates and manages long-term client relationships as central contact.
• Develops referrals and leads from internal and external sources.
• Works with team of experts to develop and implement customized Wealth Management strategies.
• Reviews accounts to determine banking, investment and advisory needs.
• Contributes to organic growth by expanding current relationships and sourcing new ones.
• Incorporates digital solutions and coordinates service delivery to clients.
