Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Region Development Manager in Saint Paul, MN, to drive growth within the Affluent Wealth Management Strategy.

You will collaborate with Market Leaders, Wealth Management Teams, and Financial Advisors to boost productivity and revenue by strengthening advisory programs, financial planning delivery, and key strategic initiatives. The role requires extensive knowledge of wealth management best practices, strong leadership, and the ability to build relationships with internal

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Five to seven years or more of job-related experience.
FINRA 7, 65/66 and insurance licenses.
Thorough knowledge of comprehensive financial planning and wealth management best practices.

Responsibilities

Contributes to growth of the Affluent Wealth Management Strategy by partnering with Market Leaders, Wealth Management Teams, and Financial Advisors to increase productivity and revenue.
Educates and coaches teams on advisory processes, prospecting, financial planning, and best practices.
Identifies and develops sales opportunities, supports client events and presentations, and collaborates with bank partners to educate on wealth management benefits.
