Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a senior wealth management professional to contribute to the growth of the Affluent Wealth Management Strategy by working with Market Leaders, Wealth Management Teams and Financial Advisors to increase productivity and revenue.

Educate and coach teams on the advisory process, prospecting, financial planning and best practices; create opportunities for client events and presentations; work with bank partners to illustrate the benefits of the Wealth Management Strategy.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, concepts and appropriate strategies to implement recommendations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Wealth Management best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade others.
• Strong analytical, creative, project management, organizational, and PC skills.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of geographical areas, competitive markets, banking operations and U.S. Bancorp's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Grow Affluent Wealth Management strategy by partnering with Market Leaders, Wealth Management Teams and Financial Advisors to increase productivity and revenue.
• Educate and coach teams on the advisory process, prospecting, financial planning (construction and delivery) and best practices.
• Create sales opportunities including contributing and providing SME for client events and presentations.
• Work closely with bank partners to develop business, support introductions and educate partners on benefits of the Wealth Management Strategy.
• Significant travel required.
