Responsibilities

• Reporting to a Regional Director- Wealth, provide day-to-day support and drive regional investment growth plans.
• Coordinate messaging and implementation of key business initiatives with Divisional Strategy and Support.
• Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives across all markets with Wealth leadership.
• Support advisor performance and development through onboarding, training, and in-field workshops.
• Identify opportunities to develop action plans, best practices, and people objectives regionally.
