Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead mechanical and electrical operations across two waterpark locations. You will oversee ride systems, water treatment, electrical controls, and a team of technicians to ensure safe, reliable operation and guest safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership and budget planning. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance in amusement or waterpark environments, strong PLC/VFD experience, OSHA 30, and the ability to travel between

Qualifications

• 5+ years mechanical and electrical maintenance in amusement parks, waterparks, or mission-critical environments.
• Advanced expertise with high-capacity pumps, motors, VFDs, and electrical controls.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and safety in wet/corrosive environments.
• Experience with water treatment, filtration systems, and water chemistry testing.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience; able to mentor technicians.
• Knowledge of ASTM F24 standards and ability to read electrical schematics.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations; ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect mechanical, electrical, and water systems; diagnose issues and coordinate repairs across both parks.
• Oversee electrical troubleshooting on pump motors, VFDs, controls, and safety systems; ensure electrical safety.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance for water filtration, treatment, and water quality systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians; drive safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Manage parts inventory, coordinate vendors, and address maintenance needs promptly.
• Plan seasonal maintenance and capital equipment upgrades; prepare budgets and report to leadership.
