Job summary

Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati seeks a Regional Water Restoration Claims Manager to oversee the claims process across assigned regions, drive regional sales and water restoration service collections. The role requires leadership of claim writers and AR staff, and collaboration with the Branch Management Team to achieve KPIs.

The candidate will guide policy interpretation, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment. Some travel to branches is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience required in insurance or water restoration.
• Experience with water restoration industry is preferred.
• Ability to work with insurance industry partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the writing and collecting of water restoration claims in their regions.
• Ensure regional KPI compliance for estimates and collections.
• Supervise Claim Writers and AR personnel and provide feedback to branches.
• Manage regional water restoration AR results against performance benchmarks.
• Hire, train, and develop Claim Writers and AR staff in the Sales Office.
