Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, or related technical services.
• Proven experience leading projects, managing clients, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of planning, design, permitting, regulatory compliance, and project delivery processes.
• Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical work plans.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and delivery of water resources, environmental, and infrastructure-related consulting services across the region.
• Oversee project planning, execution, quality management, and successful delivery of technical projects.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and financial performance.
• Serve as a senior technical resource, project leader, or client advisor on complex assignments.
• Provide technical oversight for engineering analyses, planning studies, permitting efforts, and design activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
• Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, strategic pursuits, and client engagement activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions across a variety of project types.
• Mentor, coach, and develop technical staff while supporting recruitment and succession planning initiatives.
