Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting engineering experience.
  • PE license preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Experience with municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, or water resources projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Assist with the preparation of design drawings, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents.

  • Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and schedule expectations.

About the Opportunity

A growing consulting engineering firm is seeking a Project Engineer to support a variety of water, wastewater, and water resources projects throughout the region. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced technical leaders while contributing to projects that support critical public infrastructure and environmental stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and experience supporting the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Support engineering studies, technical evaluations, and planning efforts.
  • Assist with the preparation of design drawings, specifications, technical reports, and construction documents.
  • Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and design development.
