Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of wastewater treatment plant operations experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage across multiple facilities during vacations and absences.
• Train and mentor local technicians and develop training resources.
• Monitor, sample, and test wastewater to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze lab data to troubleshoot issues and optimize treatment processes.
