Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician to support multiple water facilities. You will cover vacations/absences, assist in training local teams, and support start-ups of new accounts within the region.

The role requires operating wastewater treatment processes and maintaining data records for compliance. The position involves day and night shifts, 12-hour shifts as needed, and outdoor work at treatment sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations or related field.
• Experience traveling to multiple sites preferred.
• Ability to work day and night shifts, including 12-hour shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational coverage of Veolia-operated facilities during vacations and absences.
• Provide supervision and leadership to teammates in daily operations and maintenance.
• Operate and control motors, pumps, and valves to regulate wastewater flow.
• Collect and test wastewater samples and analyze lab data for process improvements.
• Coordinate with maintenance and management for start-up projects and troubleshooting.
