Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Regional Training and Operations Technician in Wisconsin to supervise and support multiple water facilities, cover shifts, and develop regional training resources. You will oversee operations, assist with start-ups, and coach local technicians while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts and travel within the region. The position focuses on maintaining operational coverage, improving processes, and delivering hands-on

Qualifications

Knowledge of operating electric motors, pumps, and valves.
Able to collect and test wastewater samples and record results.
Provide training and supervision to operators in the region.
Demonstrate strong safety practices at all times.

Responsibilities

Maintain operational coverage during vacations and absences.
Support training and development of local technicians.
Coordinate with Veolia management for plant operations and maintenance.
Assist in start-up projects and troubleshooting to prevent non-compliance.
