Job summary

Flowspace is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the performance of our Logistics Network across distribution partners. This hands-on, field-based role requires on-site presence, travel, and close collaboration with warehouse leadership to meet SLAs and quality standards.

You’ll analyze operation data, resolve escalations, and drive improvements in inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and shipping workflows while partnering with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to onboard new merchants

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics or related operations.
• Experience managing external partners or accounts.
• On-site work in fulfillment centers and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of warehouse partners across your region.
• Spend significant time on-site at warehouse partners in your local market.
• Track and analyze warehouse performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Triage and resolve operational escalations with warehouse teams and internal Flowspace teams.
• Conduct warehouse visits, operational reviews, and audits to ensure Flowspace standards.
• Partner with warehouse teams to improve inventory, receiving, fulfillment, and shipping workflows.
• Serve as the primary operational relationship owner for assigned warehouse partners.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and other teams to onboard new merchants in your region.
• Support onboarding of new warehouse partners and ensure they are operationally prepared.
• Lead training and education with warehouse partners around Flowspace technology and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand existing warehouse partnerships.
• Use performance data to identify recurring issues and recommend scalable improvements.
