Flowspace is seeking a Regional Manager to lead on-site warehouse partner performance across our logistics network. You will manage relationships, drive SLAs, and translate data into actionable improvements with hands-on problem solving.
Based in or near major markets (Tri-State, Chicago, Texas, or Atlanta), you will travel to partners, collaborate with sales, solutions, and customer success, and ensure operations meet Flowspace standards while scaling the network.

The Regional Manager will play an essential role in the performance and operations of Flowspace’s Logistics Network. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for managing warehouse partner relationships, driving operational performance, resolving escalations, and ensuring our partners consistently meet Flowspace’s service and quality standards. The Regional Manager will spend a significant amount of time on‑site at warehouse partners near their home market, working directly with warehouse teams to understand day‑to‑day operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and quickly resolve issues. This person will also travel to additional warehouse partners throughout their assigned region as needed. Serving as a key connection between Flowspace and our warehouse partners, the Regional Manager will combine operational expertise, relationship management, data analysis, and hands‑on problem solving to ensure our network delivers an exceptional experience for Flowspace customers. This builds on the core partner‑management, SLA, escalation, quality, onboarding, and expansion responsibilities of the Regional Manager role.
The base salary range for this role is $80,000- $100,000 per year. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
