Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ years in warehousing/inventory control; 3+ years supervisory/managerial.
• Knowledge: healthcare supply chain, Oracle/ERP systems, purchasing/inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations across multiple locations, ensuring safety, process consistency, staffing coverage, and service levels.
• Schedule staff workload across locations and assign tasks based on needs and resources.
• Manage day-to-day inventory activities, mentor staff, and drive performance metrics for inventory and supply chain.
• Lead implementation and integration of Oracle inventory system across projects and departments.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive improvements for accuracy and accountability.
