Winebow is seeking an experienced warehouse and distribution leader in New Jersey to oversee receipt, movement, and inventory of products. You will manage warehouse and fleet operations, drive on-time delivery, and partner with sales and merchandising to optimize service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field or 10 years DC ops experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years in distribution center operations management.
• Proven experience supervising and coaching employees.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for receipt and movement of Winebow products.
• Manages daily warehouse and fleet operations and metrics reporting.
• Ensures cost-effective delivery of orders with sales/merchandising teams.
• Supports customers, store relations, and vendor relations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance: DOT, audits, HOS, and safety trainings.
• Staffing, budgeting, and staff development including performance reviews.
• Develops operating budgets and manages expenses.
• Drives continuous improvement in process layout and capacity.
