Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in Delta State, Nigeria, is seeking a Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) to assist walk-in customers nationwide and WhatsApp groups, ensuring timely, accurate responses and consistent service aligned with our standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, follow approved scripts, log all interactions, and drive continuous improvement through customer feedback. Requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and a BSc or HND with NYSC completed or exemption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Collect and document customer feedback to support improvements.
