Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) to provide high-quality assistance to walk-in customers nationwide and WhatsApp groups. You will resolve inquiries, document issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution.

Essential candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, a BSc or HND, and must have NYSC completion or exemption. The role is based at our Lagos area location with a focus on data privacy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or support experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc or HND).
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption/exclusion certificate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp platforms.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to service requests.
• Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Adhere to approved scripts, guidelines, and procedures.
• Collect and document customer feedback to support improvements.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
