Job summary

Moniepoint is hiring a Customer Support Officer (Offline State Support) to handle walk-in and WhatsApp inquiries nationwide from our Maiduguri-based operation. You will resolve technical and service-related questions, logging issues for follow-up and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and data privacy. The candidate should have 1–2 years in customer service, a BSc or HND, and NYSC completion or exemption.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or support experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc or HND) required.
• Must have NYSC completed or exemption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers nationwide and respond to inquiries on WhatsApp groups.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and service requests.
• Log all customer support requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Regional/State Team Lead as required.
• Adhere to approved communication scripts, service guidelines, and procedures.
• Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and maintain confidentiality.
