Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior leader in financial services, regional or multi-office.
• Track record as a financial advisor or leading advisor teams.
• Able to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing professionals.
• Strategic thinker able to translate vision into action.
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.
