• Proven senior leadership experience in financial services, regionally or across multiple offices.
• Track record as a financial advisor or leading advisor teams.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high‑performing professionals.

• Strong knowledge of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.
