Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior leader in financial services or regional/multi-office roles.
• Experience leading advisor teams or financial advisors.
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and people-leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker who can translate vision into action.
• Solid understanding of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management practices.
