VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. seeks a Group Vice President to lead a team of Regional Operations Directors. You will drive P&L performance, scalable operational initiatives, and growth strategies across hospitals while fostering a culture of excellence and high-quality veterinary care.

The role requires a visionary leader who can manage complex priorities, partner with cross-functional teams, and travel within the United States as needed. Strong data analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA/DVM preferred; advanced degree valued.
• Extensive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or veterinary services.
• Strong data-driven decision making and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L and KPI performance with regional teams.
• Drive disciplined execution of enterprise programs for scalable impact.
• Develop growth strategies to expand access to high-quality veterinary care.
• Oversee capital planning, facilities improvements, and marketing strategy.
• Foster culture, trust, and talent development across hospitals.
