VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a Group Vice President to lead regional operations, drive P&L performance, and foster a high-trust, data-informed culture across hospitals in the region. The role emphasizes strategic growth, operational excellence, and patient care quality within a dynamic, multi-site network.

The incumbent will model VCA’s mission, supervise capital planning and marketing, and partner with Medical Operations and Finance to advance Associate experiences and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years Related Experience / 12+ Preferred
• Language proficiency: English (written and spoken)
• Advanced digital fluency with productivity platforms including MS365.

Responsibilities

• Own Group P&L and KPI performance by driving strong execution through regional teams and data-driven leadership.
• Drive disciplined execution of enterprise programs (VCA and United in Care) for scalable network-wide impact.
• Contribute to growth strategies to expand access to high-quality veterinary medicine and client engagement resources.
• Oversee Group financial and business performance for long-term health and sustainability of hospitals.
• Lead capital planning, facility improvements, and marketing strategy to elevate hospital performance and brand experience.
