Allianz in the United States seeks a seasoned leader to expand our Surety business in the Central Region. You will develop and underwrite a profitable portfolio, nurture broker relationships, and document decisions transparently.

You will build and manage a regional underwriting team and collaborate with teams across the Americas and globally. The role requires a strong track record in underwriting and business development, along with experience in marketing plans and budgets.

Qualificações

• College degree with emphasis in business, economics, or finance.
• 10+ years of industry experience in the Surety sector.
• Proven ability to underwrite and grow a Surety portfolio.
• Experience developing and managing marketing plans, business plans and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand in the United States, mainly Central Region.
• Develop and underwrite a profitable portfolio of Surety business through broker relationships.
• Document decisions and recommendations clearly and transparently.
• Build and lead a regional underwriting team and manage the region.
• Conduct underwriting activities in line with guidelines and portfolio requirements.
• Collaborate across the Americas and internationally to leverage surety capabilities.
• Coordinate with global Surety teams on risk and underwriting issues.
• Participate in industry groups and local Surety events.
• Manage the regional team.
