Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) seeks a Vice President to oversee the Southeast Region, covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and DC.

The role ensures participant services, personnel management, and budget oversight to advance the agency’s mission. The position is full-time and exempt, offering a salary of $71,034–$103,000 with travel within the region and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff management experience.
• Experience with multi-site programs and budgets.
• Experience with state agencies, school districts, or funding sources preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; EHR knowledge a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
