Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Vice President to lead the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic coverage area, including Delco, Philadelphia, Delaware, and New Jersey.

The role oversees participant services, personnel and budget management, and drives quality and mission execution across multiple programs. The position requires strong leadership, field experience with community-based services, and the ability to travel across the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff management experience.
• Experience with community-based programs and reintegration knowledge.
• Senior leadership with budget and multi-region oversight preferred.
• Experience with state agencies, counties, and funding sources preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; EHR knowledge a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Extensive travel required; Mid-Atlantic region base.
