Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Proven leadership and staff-motivation experience.
• Experience in community-based agency programs and aftercare knowledge.
• Experience overseeing budgets, financials, and multi-program operations.
• Experience with state agencies, counties, managed care, and school districts preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of EHR systems a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
