Job summary

Vacatia seeks a Regional Vice President of Resort Operations (West) to lead a portfolio of managed resorts, developing top-tier leaders and elevating guest and owner experiences. You will drive strategic regional initiatives, balance financial performance with operational excellence, and coach Resort General Managers across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, resort operations, or a related field.
• Experience overseeing multiple resort properties or large-scale hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop General Managers and senior leaders.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight to Resort General Managers across multiple properties.
• Translate company objectives into actionable regional strategies with measurable goals.
• Ensure consistency in operations, service standards, property conditions, and guest/owner experiences.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvements to drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
