• Set performance expectations and hold Regional Managers and General Managers accountable for results.
• Provide operational leadership for hotel openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and special projects.
• Drive improvements in revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, service, and operating efficiency.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for an assigned portfolio of select-service hotels, driving consistent performance across all properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel ownership groups, senior leadership, and property teams.
