Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Regional Vice President (Partner Programs) in the Boston area. This business development role works with custodians, clients, and WEG advisors, aiming to close and transition clients to a WEG advisor.

The role supports remote work and requires travel within the New England territory. Compensation targets start at $225,000 and can reach $250,000 in the first year, based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Series 65 or CFP/CFA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of wealth management sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with custodial partners and branch managers.
• Source and close prospects within the assigned territory.
• Educate clients on WEG resources, solutions and services.
• Present regularly on investment strategies and capabilities.
• Travel within the territory as needed.
