Job summary

Cultivar Group seeks a Vice President for the Pacific Northwest region to provide executive leadership across multiple branches and service lines with regular travel to branch locations. This role focuses on driving growth, profitability, and superior client experiences while upholding the company culture and values.

As regional leader, you will shape strategy, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets and P&L, and strengthen client relationships across diverse markets in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in landscaping, construction, facility services, or related industries.
• Experience leading multi-location or multi-branch operations (preferred).
• Strong financial acumen with budgets and P&L management.
• Proven ability to develop teams, build culture, and drive accountability across diverse operations.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• Experience with snow and ice management operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support operations across multiple branches and service lines within the Pacific Northwest region.
• Drive regional profitability, revenue growth, and operational consistency.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company safety programs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Mentor and develop branch leaders while supporting succession planning and talent growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee regional budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
