Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an executive leader to oversee a portfolio of senior living communities across assigned regions. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and a culture of service excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, you will mentor regional directors, shape long-term strategies, and travel up to 75% to guide communities and support growth across the Cogir footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or a related field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Current Administrator License preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement housing, hospitality, or healthcare operations.

• Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop programs and strategies that resonate with Cogir's culture and objectives.
• Lead regional operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong resident/family satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance, revenue growth, and budget oversight across all communities in the region.
• Mentor regional directors and community leadership teams for sustainable execution of plans.
• Oversee acquisitions and integration of new communities.
• Travel up to 75% to visit communities and the Montreal head office as needed.
