Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA/MHA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership with multi-site P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to drive patient experience, efficiency, and profitability at scale.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% to visit clinics and offices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regional patient experience and market leadership.
• Lead and coach a team of Directors of Operations to deliver consistent execution.
• Own full regional P&L, drive revenue growth, margins, and unit economics.
• Develop scalable systems, processes, and standards across clinics.
