ARK is hiring a Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of select-service hotels and drive performance regionally. You will oversee hotel operations, financial results, guest satisfaction, owner relationships, and leadership development while working with property and corporate teams to hit business goals.

• Must communicate clearly and build strong internal/owner relationships.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, and ops improvements.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with hotel operations, labor tools, and finance reporting is preferred.
• Experience with branded select-service hotels is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set performance expectations for Regional Managers and General Managers.
• Foster relationships with hotel owners, senior leadership, and property teams.
• Review financial and operational results to identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee operational performance across an assigned portfolio of select-service hotels.
• Provide leadership for openings, transitions, acquisitions, renovations, and special projects.
