Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience leading operations with full P&L responsibility for large-scale contracting businesses ($50M+ revenue).
• Ability to drive profitable growth and operational performance.
• Strong leadership and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations to achieve financial, operational, and performance goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and high-impact decisions while aligning with company vision and priorities.
• Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and project reviews across the region.
• Drive business development by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting sales strategy.
• Lead and develop teams by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective staffing and resource alignment to meet project and operational demands.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality execution across projects and services.
• Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and community engagement efforts.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
