Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s presence across multi-location regions. The role leads regional BD leaders and collaborates with operations to shape referral source strategies and payor contracts.

The position focuses on community outreach, market analysis, and strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to increase admissions and volume, while guiding a mobile, field-based team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Proven track record of success in healthcare marketing with a focus on generating referrals for private duty nursing or home healthcare services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, nurturing, and maintenance of relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives aimed at securing preferred payor contracts.
• Identify community events, health fairs, and conferences to promote Aveanna's services and establishing a strong presence in the community.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to business development team in conducting informative presentations to healthcare providers, community groups, and potential patients/families.
• Monitor and share industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations affecting private duty nursing.
