Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive insurance sales leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading multi-location sales teams or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Drive profitable premium growth across product lines and monitor regional performance.
• Lead regional recruiting and development of agency professionals.
• Coach District Managers and develop leadership within the region.
