Job summary

Alternate Solutions Health Network seeks a Regional Vice President (RVP), Home Health I to lead field operations, align with service line leaders, and drive quality and financial performance across multiple agencies. You will manage governance, staffing, and patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth transitions of care within the Joint Venture Network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related programs
• Proven track record leading multiple sites with top-tier quality and financial performance
• Knowledge of Conditions of Participation, certification, and re-certification for patient care per Medicare/Federal/state guidelines
• Operational knowledge of HCHB software (preferred) and PDAs

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical processes, outcomes, and financial performance of assigned Agencies
• Supervise Field Administrators and their performance on operations and clinical concerns
• Directly supervise care coordination managers and community leaders
• Lead implementation of recertification programs for patient services
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and strategic quality goals
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals in local communities
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Support corporate initiatives with peer RVPs
