Job summary

Humana Inc. in Indiana seeks a Regional VP, Health Services to lead medical strategy and clinical operations for Medicaid programs.

This executive role oversees utilization management, care management, quality, and population health across Medicaid lines of business, including MLTSS and D-SNP strategies. You will partner with state agencies, providers, and networks to drive cost-effective, high-quality care and to advance value-based arrangements, while guiding procurement and strategic growth

Qualifications

• MD/DO, board certification and unrestricted license to practice in Indiana.
• 10+ years of progressive clinical and healthcare leadership in managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, or value-based care.
• Experience leading utilization management, care management, quality improvement, and population health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership and strategy for Indiana Medicaid lines of business.
• Oversee utilization management, care management, quality operations, and medical cost management strategies.
• Collaborate with state partners, providers, and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Lead market-level clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives, including performance measures and governance.
