Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, including team performance.
• 10+ years of healthcare business-development experience with infusion/pharma.
• 3-5+ years as a people manager scaling referral hunter teams that beat quota.
• Competitive spirit and customer-focused attitude.
• Positive attitude with commitment to self-development.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong listening skills to identify opportunities and pain points.
• Proficiency with a CRM system and standard office software.
• Experience working with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% with overnight travel.
• Must reside in CA, AZ, UT or CO.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth strategy and field tools/resources.
• Set and align targets with corporate OKRs.
• Analyze market data to guide expansion geographies and service lines.
• Directly manage a team of 8-10 Business Development Reps; recruit, train, and coach.
• Lead weekly 1:1s and account plan reviews to build accountability.
• Foster ownership, excellence, and persistence within the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-volume offices, health systems, payers, and pharma staff.
• Structure co-marketing and education programs to boost referrals.
• Collaborate with Operations for seamless referral-to-treatment hand-offs.
• Own CRM hygiene and reporting for accurate numbers.
• Deliver referral-volume and revenue targets; present insights to leadership.
