Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead go-to-market efforts across CA, AZ, UT, and CO. You will manage a team of 8–10 BDRs, drive growth strategy, and cultivate partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma.

You will report to executive leadership, own revenue targets for the region, and travel up to 40% to in-market sites and conferences. Remote-first, CA/AZ/UT/CO-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare business development experience.
• 3–5+ years as a people manager leading referral/ hunter teams.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy: develop tools and resources to scale the business.
• Team leadership: manage and coach 8–10 Business Development Reps.
• Partnership development: build relationships with health systems, payers, and pharma reps.
