Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Regional Vice President, Business Development to drive revenue growth and admissions across a multi-state territory, overseeing regional leaders. You will partner with operations to shape strategy with external referral sources and payors.

Responsibilities include growing referral networks, leading community outreach, and developing market analyses to guide strategic decisions while ensuring alignment with budgets and targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proven success in healthcare marketing with referrals growth for private duty/home healthcare services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and nurturing of referrals with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement preferred payor strategies and negotiate favorable terms.
• Oversee regional market analysis, strategy development, and resource allocation to drive growth.
• Manage and mentor regional business development teams; monitor performance and expenses.
• Provide reports on referral growth, marketing activities, and meeting admissions/volume targets.
