Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) seeks a Regional Sales Vice President to lead relationships with Individual Independent Producers and Regional Brokerage Firms in the US Group Benefits division. You will develop and execute marketing plans to advance PALIG's brand, products, and service platform, driving sales to employer group markets.

The role requires building durable partnerships, providing leadership to field sales and home office teams, and delivering growth through strategic

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
• 5+ years broker/agency experience required; focus on large national brokerage firms
• Advanced knowledge of individual and group insurance products and benefit concepts
• Active Domiciled State Life & Health License
• Ability to work flexible hours including client luncheons, dinners, and events

Mansioni

• Develop profitable new business opportunities and maintain relationships with brokers and enrollment firms.
• Serve as the executive relationship manager for producer partners.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies for PALIG products and services.
• Provide CRM reporting to senior management and maintain accurate data.
• Represent PALIG at client meetings and industry events and participate in relationship-building activities.
