Job summary

Group 1001 seeks a seasoned Regional Vice President to drive annuity sales growth across North Texas. You will develop and execute annual sales plans, conduct product demonstrations, and build relationships with bank and broker-dealer advisors to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include managing leads, forecasting, CRM usage, and presenting strategic plans to internal teams. Will travel up to 50% within the territory and collaborate with Delaware Life Marketing to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and Life Insurance licenses required.
• Strong relationships with bank and independent advisor networks.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory sales growth and revenue opportunities.
• Lead development of annual sales plans and quarterly reviews.
• Deliver product demonstrations and advisor meetings.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast accurately, and manage pipeline.
