Qualifications

• Must have OR Operations leadership experience.
• MBA or Healthcare Administration preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years’ experience in healthcare business development, operations, finance or consulting.
• Proven growth strategy development and leadership track record.
• Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills with C-level partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: design and implement ambitious plans for each facility with Surgery Center Administrators.
• Driving Growth: attract top surgeons, optimize partnerships, launch new service lines for revenue growth.
• Leadership Development: mentor future healthcare leaders through HR, finance, and communications training.
• Partnership Excellence: oversee physician equity and succession planning and strengthen health system partnerships.
• Cultural Excellence: promote EDGE initiatives to enhance safety and patient satisfaction.
