Job summary

Your Health in Rock Hill is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to lead a patient-centered volunteer and philanthropic program across the region. You will collaborate with care teams to ensure volunteers and foundation resources enhance outcomes and reduce avoidable care.

The role requires travel daily, a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in program development or nonprofit leadership, and the ability to recruit, onboard, and retain volunteers, while building community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in program development, community engagement, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership.
• Experience with volunteer program management and/or fundraising preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a regional volunteer program aligned with the care model.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers for patient-centered initiatives.
• Develop structured roles that integrate into care teams and community services.
• Coordinate deployment of volunteers to support non-clinical patient needs.
• Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies for sustainable support.
• Represent Your Health in the community to raise awareness and partnerships.
