Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a seasoned Regional Vice-President to lead parking operations in Minnesota and nearby markets. You will oversee client engagement, portfolio performance, and the development of a world-class team to maximize value.

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, this full-time position focuses on P&L, strategic planning, HR leadership, and driving growth across real estate assets, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the parking management industry.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 / year

We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic Regional Vice-President to spearhead our parking operations within Minnesota, and surrounding areas under the prestigious brands of Reimagined Parking. In this pivotal role, the Regional President will have a primary mandate to meticulously manage and enhance a substantial business portfolio. Their responsibilities will be finely tuned to ensure client engagement, satisfaction, financial performance, and the development of a world-class team in the competitive realm of real estate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
   
2. Client Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.
   
3. Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability.
   
4. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
   
5. Leadership: Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values.
   
6. Human Resources Management: Oversee all HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
   
7. P&L Management: Manage financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
   
8. Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes.
   
9. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
   
10. Financial Management: Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
